Staff knock only twice, then place the tray on the designated service table outside the suite door. A soft chime notifies guests that their meal has arrived—no disruption, no intrusion.

Farm-to-Suite Traceability
All ingredients are sourced from within Kenya, with priority given to farms and producers within 100 kilometers of Rustic Crest. Seasonal menus change every four weeks based on harvest availability.

Zero-Waste Commitment
In-room dining uses no single-use plastics. Leftover food is composted; coffee grounds and eggshells are returned to the property’s kitchen garden.
